National Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
Logistics Worldwide is currently looking to hire Account Managers for Inside Sales. This position is responsible for generating new revenue through prospecting via the telephone and the internet to pursue business. The Account Manager will assess business potential, plan and organize call campaigns, and provide formal client presentations via web demonstrations. Experience preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make prospecting calls.
- Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Managing customers’ interest.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Maintain high levels of growth.
- Focus on full truckload and LTL (less than truckload) services.
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.
- Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Some college preferred but not required.
Previous sales or call center experience required.
Logistics experience preferred but not required
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to calculate in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Order processing systems, and Microsoft software.
