Jerry Cooper

Jerry Jackson Cooper, Jr., age 51, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 4, 2019, in Jacksonville, Florida. Jerry was one of our best client liaisons for over nine years. He started his freight broker career with us at BlueGrace Logistics Jacksonville. When he walked through the door, he claimed to be an electrician by trade; however, we knew he had the ability to become a naturally talented sales professional. After the sale of that office, Jerry moved with us to Logistics Worldwide as we began a new journey in the freight logistics industry. He always put the customer first, providing the best customer service he could to every client he came across. Jerry loved to engage his family in debate and was tenacious in his arguments. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan but enjoyed watching the Jacksonville Jaguars as well. He enjoyed aquatic life, particularly fish. He is survived by his daughter, Emily Elizabeth Cooper of Glen St. Mary, who we feel has been a part of our family for as long as Jerry was. Jerry Jackson Cooper's legacy will always live on and be remembered here at Logistics Worldwide.
